John H. Rucks

John Rucks is a Market Analyst at IPG Properties. He recently joined the IPG team after earning a degree in Finance from the University of North Georgia in 2026.

Originally from Hendersonville, Tennessee, John relocated to Georgia to serve with the Georgia Army National Guard (where he is still active) and build his career in commercial real estate. At IPG, John supports brokers through market research, property showings, and direct outreach to owners, tenants, and prospects, with a particular focus on the GA-400 corridor and the Cherokee and Forsyth County industrial submarkets.

John’s long-term goals include becoming a top-producing broker along the GA-400 corridor and contributing to IPG’s continued growth in the region. His hands-on approach to the market, combined with the mentorship of experienced colleagues, has shaped a strong foundation for his career.

Outside the office, John enjoys spending time with his family, chasing trout on North Georgia streams, woodworking, and keeping up with Atlanta Braves baseball.
