About Drew C. Addison, SIOR

Drew C. Addison, a native of Gainesville, GA, graduated from the University of North Georgia and joined IPG in 2006. Drew is the President and Managing Broker for IPG Properties. His goal is to treat each situation on an individual basis. His leadership, knowledge of the area, research, and problem-solving skills allow him to provide a high lever of professional service to IPG clients and prospects.

Drew is the immediate past president of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®).  With more than 18 years of experience in industrial real estate, Drew joined SIOR in 2014 and has served on the board since 2019 in all positions.

Drew and his wife, Shanna, have two children, Caroline and Drake.  In his free time, Drew enjoys hunting, fishing, golf and time at the beach.  Along with coaching his kids, Drew also has a passion for volunteering with the Morgan County Spirit League by playing sports with specially-abled kids & young adults.
