About Floyd H. Baldwin, SIOR

In 1991, Floyd H. Baldwin founded Industrial Properties Group, Inc. (IPG), a brokerage firm that focuses on the sales and leasing of industrial real estate throughout Northeast Georgia and the Southeastern United States. With over 30 years of brokerage experience, he seeks to build long-term relationships with his clients and business leaders within the markets he serves.

 

Baldwin is a member of Gainesville United Methodist Church, a graduate of Leadership Hall County and a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors) where he served as Treasurer, Vice President, and President of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR.  Additionally, he is a member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Economic Development Council. Floyd is also the youngest recipient of the board of realtors Hall County Pheonix Award (2004).

Floyd was born and raised in Madison, Georgia. He attended the University of North Georgia (UNG) where he received a BBA in Marketing and was a member of the Boars Head Brigade – US Army ROTC. While attending UNG, Floyd met his wife Kim and the two have been married for over 32 years. The couple has 3 children, Madison, Jackson, and Grace who all graduated from Lakeview Academy and the University of Mississippi.
