Floyd H. Baldwin was born and raised in Madison, Georgia and is a graduate of the University of North Georgia (UNG) where he received a BBA degree in Marketing. He located to Gainesville, Georgia after graduation and has been involved in industrial real estate brokerage services for over 28 years, focusing on industrial sales and business relocations.
Floyd has been married to his wife, Kim, for 29 years and has 3 children, Madison, Jackson and Grace. He is a member of Gainesville United Methodist Church, a graduate of Leadership Hall County and a member of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors). Floyd has served Treasurer and Vice President of the Georgia Chapter of SIOR and will serve as the Georgia Chapter President for 2020. Additionally, Baldwin is a member the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors and the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce, where he serves on the Economic Development Council.
In 1991, Floyd founded Industrial Properties Group, Inc. (IPG) where he currently serves as President.
